Nancy Sutterfield is a REALTOR® with Weichert, Realtors® – Market Edge, proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout North Central Arkansas, including Marion, Baxter, Boone, and Searcy Counties.

Originally from Texas, she made Arkansas her home in 2015 and quickly fell in love with the Ozarks lifestyle. The region’s lakes, rivers, mountains, and close-knit communities offered the slower pace and natural beauty she had been searching for. Today, she enjoys helping others discover the same lifestyle that inspired her to put down roots in North Central Arkansas.

Before beginning her real estate career, she spent years serving others in healthcare and public service. Those experiences shaped the qualities she brings to every transaction today—patience, integrity, communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to helping people navigate important life decisions with confidence.

She works with a wide range of clients, including first-time homebuyers, relocation buyers, veterans, empty nesters, and individuals selling inherited property. She has a special passion for helping people who never believed homeownership was within reach, guiding them through the process step-by-step and making sure they understand every stage of the journey. Her experience includes residential homes, lakefront and waterfront properties, vacation homes, cabins, acreage, and hunting land throughout Yellville, Flippin, Bull Shoals, Mountain Home, Cotter, Gassville, Lead Hill, Marshall, Harrison, and surrounding communities. Familiarity with Bull Shoals Lake, Lake Norfork, the White River, and the lower Buffalo River allows her to help clients find not only the right property, but the right lifestyle.
